We are looking for Recruiters to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients. Responsibilities include placing job ads in various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels. Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Being familiar with the staffing industry is a plus. Incentives include 401k, Health Benefits, PTO & Vacation time.

Supervisor

Location: ALL

We are looking for Supervisors to be the liaison between South Bay Safety and the Client. This role provides on-site support to the Client. In addition, on-site will oversee the client relationship, temporary workforce, payroll, safety, compliance, recruitment and job performance of all placed associates. This role will work closely with Branch Manager, Recruiters, Sales, Marketing and Staffing Specialists.

Receptionist

We are looking for Receptionists to manage the front desk, performi a variety of clerical tasks, including providing staffing support to the team. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking is essential for this position. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes applicants positively and executes all clerical tasks to the highest quality standards.
